About Sandra Dee
Sandra is a talented and accomplished behavioral therapist. She has developed skill and passion caring for children with special needs, beginning as a student classroom aid in middle school.
At an early age, she saw firsthand the impact that quality care can have on a family. This work has been her calling, ever since.
Sandra has spend the last two decades turning this calling into a career. She has worked in several capacities, from Lead behavior Therapist (1:1) to Autism Specialist (in charge of 6 centers across north GA).
She has worked within classrooms and school systems. She is familiar with the processes and procedures that families deal with. In her work, she acts as a bridge between her families and the institutions that serve them.
Maybe most importantly, Sandra is known for generating results. In her early career in childcare, she earned the nickname “the behavior genie” because she could “get any kid to follow her directions”.
Today, she has a masters’ degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is known for the efficacy of her techniques.
When asked about the source of this success, she references her principles: Transparency, Support, Family, and Faith. The combination of her passion and skill with her personal authenticity is how she consistently yields results.
