Every session was helpful and enjoyable. The therapy was centered on learning through play with my son, and teaching my husband and I some new ways to better communicate with him. At first, my son was completely quiet and shy. Within a few weeks he had developed a wonderful bond with her and always smiled and hugged her. She interacted with the entire family. She related to both of my children because she also made my daughter (the little sister) feel special every time even though she was not participating in the program.

My son is now following directions and saying more words than before the therapy started. My husband and I are more aware of our interactions with him and more proactive with his language development.

She took our concerns seriously and she attended the Individual Education Plan (IEP) meeting where goals and therapies for my son’s transition into the school system were discussed. She provided valuable insight to his strengths and weaknesses, which added to the development of a strong IEP for him.
